Every card your team scans lands in a shared company vault. Anyone on the team can search it by name, company, city or tag, so a contact one person met is a contact the whole team can reach.
Nobody leaves with the contacts
When someone moves on, you offboard them and the cards they scanned stay in the company vault. The relationship history stays with the business.
A digest after every meeting
After a meeting or an event, CleverScans writes up who was met and why they matter, so the follow-ups get made instead of sitting in a pocket.
Roles and an audit log
One owner or admin decides who is in, who can see what, and can look back at what changed. A GST invoice comes with the plan.
Relationship lookup before the call
Before anyone calls a company, they can check whether someone on the team already knows a person there — no more two people cold-calling the same buyer.
Members pay nothing
Access comes from the company plan: 100 credits per member every month, one admin pays for everyone, and members never see a bill.
