What we store
The photo of each card you scan, the contact details read from it, any notes and tags you add, your own account details, and a record of credits used. Photos are stored privately and are only reachable through short-lived links issued to you.
Who can see your contacts
Only you, unless you deliberately share a card into a group you belong to. In a group, other members see name, title, company, industry, city, tags and who scanned the card. Phone and email stay hidden until you approve a request for them, and every approval is logged.
How AI is used
We send the card image to an AI model to read the text, and we send business details (never your private notes) to generate insights and company summaries. We do not use your data to train models.
If your card was scanned by someone else
You can ask us to delete your details at any time, without an account, on the removal page. We remove the record and tell the person who scanned it that it was removed on request.
Your controls
Export everything you hold as a file, delete all of your contacts, or ask us to close your account. Deletions are permanent.
