Your account
One account per person. Keep your sign-in email accurate — it is how we reach you about credits, payments and group activity.
Credits
Scanning a card costs 1 credit and an AI insight costs 1 credit. If a scan or insight fails, the credit is refunded automatically. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable once used.
What you may scan
Only cards handed to you, or details you are otherwise allowed to hold. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store someone's details, and for honouring their request to be removed.
Groups
When you share a card into a group, other members see limited details. Phone and email are released only when you approve a request. Bulk export of another member's contributed details is never permitted, at any role.
Availability and AI accuracy
Card reading and insights are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check details before acting on them. We may change or pause features, and we will tell you before anything affects paid credits.
Ending your use
You can export your data and delete your contacts at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse free credits, scrape data, or store details unlawfully.
